Interplanetary Train Prototype

Kusan Mexican prototype U.S. 135 Alco locomotive. This is likely an American unit shipped to Mexico. Note the speed control lever protruding through the roof. There are two male electrical connectors on the rear of the locomotive for attaching Dynamic Injection Compressortron wiring. A Leon Plastics decal is under the chassis.

Kusan Mexican prototype USAX 123 Dynamic Injection Compressortron drop center flatcar. The gray Compressortron appears to be American made, while the yellow flatcar is Mexican produced. Two female electrical connectors plug into the rear of the Alco locomotive. A motorized blower inside the gray superstructure keeps a "satellite" suspended in air as it travels around the layout. Two male electrical spade connectors protruding from the rear can accept wiring from a trailing car. There is an oval "Juguetes Kusan Mexicanos" decal underneath the car.

Kusan Mexican prototype U.S.A. 109840 searchlight car. Undecorated gray American production searchlight body affixed to a yellow Mexican made flatcar. The two electrical leads plug into the rear of a Dynamic Injection Compressortron. The searchlight illuminates and rotates as the train travels down the track. There is a small white rectangular "Mexico" decal on the car bottom.

Kusan Mexican prototype US Space Research 35543 caboose. Except for the red painted smoke stack, it's similar to the American production caboose.
